As the third site of Play Like a Champion's A Team for Every Child Initiative, the North Philly RISE Alliance unites local youth organizations to give every child year-round access to safe, free sports, play, and caring coach-mentors, free or at minimal cost. Every alliance member commits to these principles:

• Every child has a right to play and be safe

• We collaborate because we are stronger together

• We learn and RISE together

• We hold ourselves accountable to the children
