Many included meeting World Business and Political Leaders. The experience and knowledge of Play Like a Champion Today(TM) was in the highest category of my experiences. The setting at Notre Dame, the value system the school teaches and the faculty resources make this a truly outstanding experience and one in the category of "once in a lifetime". Thanks so much for your hard work. It was awesome!" Ed Flaherty, businessman and author "The information was great – meaningful, pertinent, applicable and well-presented. I attend many conferences in my business life…this was better than any business conference I have ever attended. There are many aspects I can take back and apply to coaching and to life.” “This conference gave me great inspiration. This is a program many Catholics should be using to extend their spirituality as adults to pass onto others.” “I believe in this program and believe that we can effect great change in the culture not only in sport, but the greater community. I would highly recommend this to new folks.” “This program is something all Catholic coaches and educators should implement.” “I think the PLC program is needed in society. What is missing is the message of what defines ‘good sportsmanship.’ It is the presence of God and living as Christians should on the field/court that defines good sportsmanship.” “The PLC program gives people the tools necessary to work with others for the betterment of youth sport.” “Everything was great. This is the first conference when I did not want to be somewhere else. I wanted to keep going every second.” “The speakers were informative as well as approachable. The break out discussions were helpful and led to verbal exchanges that engaged almost everyone.” "The conference provided interaction with fellow Christians from around the country who all share the same interest in our kids and youth sport. In addition, it was helpful to talk to other sport organizations about what is most effective in their programs.” “I thoroughly enjoyed the guest speakers. Their passion and enthusiasm was infectious." “The sessions were appropriate, informative, inspirational and not excessive. The buildings and keeping participants together was very well planned and organized. The presenters were OUTSTANDING!” “I feel confident in the mission of the program, the effectiveness of the program and the tools at my disposal to help me effectively implement this initiative.” “Thank you for this opportunity and a chance to see and be an extension of your Notre Dame family.”
