End of the Season Coach Evaluations

The Play Like A Champion Today™ Educational Series feels very strongly about evaluation and research. We invite you to enlish your athletes and their parents in an evaluation of your performance as a coach. Distribute the following forms and send them to your local adminstrator or directly to the PLC office. We will compile the data and report the results back to you. Keep in mind, these surveys are meant to be confidential.
